Yazzie Bear Claw Native American Flute Key of A - Western Red Cedar

  • $174.99

The Marvin Yazzie flutes are Authentic Native American made.

More than any other flutes I've encountered these flutes are made using old traditionally methods.  Each flute is made one at a time by hand, painstakingly shaped using a spoke shaver, and finally they are hand sanded and tuned to give each instrument a gentle sweet tone.

This fine handmade flute in the key of A is made of western red cedar. The bear claw totem is spruce. It is sealed inside and out with tung oil. Each of these flutes come with a "Getting Started" booklet and a soft fleece bag made for protection.
Yazzie Flutes are known for their clear singing tone and are played by many professional flute players.
Marvin is a full blooded Navajo Native from Northern Arizona. Yazzie flutes are carefully hand crafted the traditional way.
First the Yazzies select the finest wood available, then the flutes are made by hand, one at a time.  Sometimes he accents them as he is moved so each flute is unique.
